Quality Assurance Program

ARI maintains a high quality of output in all of it's efforts. This is achieved by working closely with the Customer and/or Prime Contractor. ARI maintains periodic technical reports in agreement with the Customer. These reports document the technical accomplishments, the proposed accompishments and any issues that have arisen. In addition, ARI develops technical reports and white papers in agreement with the Customer. These reports detail the specifics of the technical issues and accomplishments, such as software testing and completion.

In addition to ensuring quality through documentation, ARI maintains a high level of individual communication with the customer. This involves regular interfacing with the customer via phone, email and face-face, by the technical responsible individuals.

ARI ensures product quality through individual integrity, responsiveness and commitment.
